You only need to manually put the bags into the bag magazine, and bags are conveyed to the machine by a bag feeding roller. When it is detected, robotic arm will carry it to grippers.

For a zipper bag, opening jaws will open the zipper at the same time as coding, and then open the bag at the next station. If there is no zipper, the vacuum suction open the bag directly above and below.
4.Filling And Vibrating1:
Product is dropped down a bag funnel into the bag, and for different filling materials, multi-head weigher for granule, auger filler for powder and liquid filler with a nozzle for liquid, which will be a good match for you.
5.Filling And Vibrating2:
Basically similar to the previous station.
6.Product Setting After Filling By Vibrating:
Some loose materials require a slight vibration before sealing to ensure that the product settle to the bottom of the bag.
There is a hot seal bar closes on the upper part of your pouch, and the sealant layers of the premade pouch are bonded together to make a strong seam with the help of heat and pressure.
8.Forming And Product Output:
The finished bags are discharged into a container or moved to the next stage through conveyor according to your project.
